Pass and appointment
Check entry conditions with the organiser or exhibitor. The car takes you to the agreed point; it does not provide a show invitation or the right to board a yacht.
Hotel, quay and shoreside contact
Share the address, port and meeting instructions from your contact. A reachable person ashore helps coordinate arrival without assuming private access to the quay.
