Your event

A business programme across conference, exhibition and meetings

This first edition focuses on superyacht refit and brings professionals and owners together around their projects. Transport should follow your actual appointments rather than assume every meeting takes place at one location.

01

Participant arrivals

Distinguish flights, hotels and attendance dates. For a captain, yard team or representative, confirm the person who can be contacted at pickup.

02

Grimaldi Forum and on-water appointments

Ask your host for each address and welcome arrangements. Access to the marina or a vessel remains separate from booking road transport.

03

Meetings outside the programme

Include offices, restaurants and waiting if you need a chauffeur for several hours. The quote should clearly identify these stops and returns to the hotel or Nice.

Airport

Your transfers and local journeys

Separate airport arrivals, rides between addresses and reserved chauffeur time. Route-page prices are reference rates; the event offer is confirmed for your programme.

Your event

A clear plan before you arrive

Share fixed journeys and identify those whose times are still uncertain. This helps distinguish individual rides from hourly hire.

01

Dates and locations

Send flights, hotels, addresses, appointments and attendance days. Include arrival and return constraints rather than only the event's opening times.

02

Passengers and vehicle

Specify people, bags and requested equipment. The model and any additional vehicles need availability confirmation.

03

Quote and conditions

Agree the schedule, fares, waiting, payment and amendment terms before accepting. Tickets, accreditation and private access are separate from transport.

04

Confirmed meeting point

Keep an organiser reachable and agree the exact location. Tell us directly when plans change so feasibility and conditions can be reviewed.

Transfer or hourly

The right format for each journey

Choose an arrival, a planned return or several hours with a chauffeur. Each format's arrangements are confirmed before booking.

Transfer

Arrival and departure

Nice Airport pickup using your flight number, exact destination and luggage details. Specify the return separately if required.

Hourly hire

Several appointments

A chauffeur reserved for an agreed time slot, with stops, waiting and operating area defined in the offer.

Group

Sedan or van

Tesla Model Y, Mercedes E-Class or V-Class according to passengers, luggage and availability. The actual loading configuration must be confirmed.

Coordination

An identified contact

The booker and traveller may be different people. Tell us who approves the quote and who receives pickup instructions.

Event fleet

Choose the vehicle for your programme

Space depends on passengers and luggage together, not just the listed seat count. Mention child seats or equipment you need to carry for confirmation.

Advance booking

Your programme deserves a chauffeur already booked

A confirmed vehicle, a clear meeting point and a reachable contact: agree the arrangements before arriving in Cannes or Monaco.

FAQ

Questions before booking

Programme, fares, access, waiting, vehicles and conditions: useful details before you accept.

01When should I request a chauffeur for the event?

As soon as dates, flights or initial appointments are known. An early enquiry allows time slots to be checked, but availability is only secured after the vehicle and programme are confirmed.

02How is the fare calculated?

The quote depends on dates, addresses, timing, vehicle, passengers, luggage and waiting. Prices shown elsewhere on the site are indicative and do not guarantee availability during this event.

03Will the chauffeur remain between appointments?

Only when waiting or hourly hire is part of the offer. A point-to-point transfer does not reserve a chauffeur all day. Extensions depend on agreed conditions and availability.

04Can I arrange a van for a team?

Yes. Share passenger and luggage details. The Mercedes V-Class can accommodate up to seven passengers depending on configuration and loading. Additional vehicles or special equipment require confirmation before booking.

05Is this the Monaco Yacht Show held in September?

No. The Future of Refit is a separate spring event focused on superyacht refit, with its own programme and access conditions. Include its name and your appointment dates in the enquiry.

06Does the chauffeur provide Yacht Club or exhibitor-vessel access?

No. Have invitations and appointments confirmed by your host or the organiser. The service offered is your road transfers and reserved chauffeur time, without assumed private access, marine visits or official partnership.
